One of the most progressive, outspoken, and effective members of Congress, Barney Frank chairs the House Committee on Financial Services, which oversees the Federal Reserve Board and assesses how well the Fed is meeting its obligation to create and maintain full employment. In 1980 Congressman Frank came to the Congress where he represents Massachusetts' 4th district.
